Iron Ship Fitness

In partnership with Trinken Brewing Co., join us for our first challenge of 2022: Pushups and Pints! Flex your muscles at Iron Ship CrossFit (16 Industrial Way, West Bath), then enjoy a well-earned beer (or a flight!) and some delicious food just up the road at Trinken Brewing Co. (144 State Rd, West Bath).

Starting at 11:00 am, following a fun group warm up, you and a partner (don't worry if you don't have one; we'll pair you up) have up to 30 minutes to complete 300 push ups together. (And don't worry if you can't complete 150 perfect push ups each, there are plenty of ways to modify the challenge).

At about noon, make your way up the road to Trinken Brewing Co., where you can choose from a selection of their award-winning housemade brews and take advantage of the delicious food available from the on-site Crave Maine food truck.

The registration fee of $25 includes participation for (1) in the pushup challenge at Iron Ship, a voucher for (1) pint of beer at Trinken Brewing Co., and (1) commemorative pint glass (see registration deadline below). Additional beverages and food will be available for purchase. In addition, Trinken welcomes your participation in its "buy a beer for a veteran" program ($7).

To ensure you receive your commemorative pint glass, please register for this event no later than March 15. After that date, we'll do our best, but supply may be limited.
